Which Canary Island is best?

Which Canary Island is best?

It depends on the trip you want. Tenerife is the all-rounder, mountains, beaches and nightlife. Lanzarote is unmissable volcanic scenery and design; Fuerteventura is all beaches and surf; Gran Canaria pairs dunes with a big-city buzz. For hiking and quiet, choose La Palma or La Gomera.

The good news is you don’t have to choose just one, the islands are close enough to combine, which is exactly what makes the Canaries such a rewarding island-hop.
